Pros
- Easy to pick up - Rota published ~around two weeks in advance so can plan your life around - The app used for the rota is very easy to use and you can check everything on there (timesheets; breaks; who’s working with you; messages about items etc) - No staff dramas - everyone is genuinely easy to get along with/ make convo with managers included. - Good management and very easy to communicate with management staff - One free scoop of ice cream/sorbet and one free coffee every shift and unlimited tea - Full uniform provided with free replacements if worn down - Help pay for any additional courses you want to do that are relevant to your job
Cons
- Can get very busy in summer months - Unpaid breaks - Some of the items they serve need quite a few steps and require practise to learn - Cashless systems does result in mean customers - It gets really sticky so you spend a Lot of time just wiping surfaces down - Need to get a certificate to sell food that you have to pay for yourself (£18)
