If it cannot be, you will be asked to research time management, lectured about delegation and reminded that others are capable. *High volume stores are not required to follow specs, procedures or systems. The resulting confusion involved after employee transfers and the frustration knowing that money covers a multitude of sins erodes culture. *HR Department leadership has made racist comments, violated employee trust by openly discussing private matters, lied to unemployment services, violated the FSLA by demanding repayment of tips *Contributions are celebrated but not rewarded.
