1. Very good working environment 2. Chief general manager is very helpful and cooperative with team 3. Very good doctors and the other consultants and are very cooperative. 4. Seniors are also very good.
Cons
1. Emergency entrance is easy accessable for all the outsiders 2. Salary increment is not on time 3. Need to expand the beds of emergency department 4. Need more people (Pro 's at Emergency department)
