1) Still need improvement in OPD area 2) Good work environment but still need more progress. 3) Salary increment must need to be considered. 4) Some seniors need more improvement in terms of behavior with juniors and patient relatives. 5) Need better environment to stay for the patient relatives who are staying in the hospital.
