Good environment - Team Lead Rubbermaid Employee Review

Very tribal environment as most people have worked there between 5 and 50 years. Consequently, if you are hired from outside, expect a lot of push back against any type of improvement, accountability or scheduling initiative. I was literally given a verbal warning for being unprofessional when I yelled, "Fire", through two burning cans off a line when a team member was too busy playing on her phone to remove a jam.
