      Hard to say anything good

      Terrible middle and upper management No career opportunities unless you are a family member or part of their loyalty list Zero benefits besides a so so health insurance No decent place to have lunch

      Pros

      Benefits are 100% number 1. Co-workers at a close second because everyone is friendly. Work / procedure is so smooth!

      Cons

      I was remote for a while because of covid, and then we turned hybrid. which is understandable, but remote was awesome.
