Pros
Cannot find much Pro unless u have the mindset of "can do" as for as long as I can remember the company is always short of staff. They can only hire temp or pt staff which u have to train and retrain so many of them as they come and go within weeks. End up many things u have to do your own self. They do pay OT if u are willing to come back on your off day to cover some other people.
Cons
Low pay. No AWS. Company almost no budget to improve anything at all. Very low productivity. Very manual some.
