Pros
Stable company that provides more than 40 hours per week, every week. Weekly pay. Schedule is pretty much the same every week. Direct deposit for those that are interested.
Cons
12 hour shifts, no air conditioning so it's very hot in the summer. Little to no opportunity for advancement. Hourly workers are paid minimum wage for the most part, so they have little motivation to do more than the minimum.
