      Hard to say - after years of loyalty one left with nothing, got the 10 years denied because apparently on the first year it was missing 20 days to count as an year - all that not to give $5k bonus.

      Cons

      since they started building new ships each year and this and that, everything went down for the crew, but the most noticeable is the food qualify. absurdly bad.

      Pros

      The people - hardworking, honest and like family. The vision of the company - groundbreaking and innovative The benefits - cruise benefits for employees & friends and family Work from home Fridays Week off in December for the holidays Little Cruisers onsite daycare

      Cons

      Little to no flexibility in work hours. They preach a work life balance but then send out weekly "clock in/clock out" reports to supervisors, making a big deal if you are not logging your 8 hours in the office, but then do not take into account the afterhours that are being put in at home, sometimes on vacation and while traveling for work.
