Pros

Collaborative, innovative, and knowledgeable people

Cons

The company goes on and on about diversity and inclusion but there is a severe lack of racial/ethnic diversity. Very few people of color in leadership or high visibility roles. Overall lack of people of color at all levels. In my first week of employment, I was mistaken for another person of color (who looks nothing like me) TWICE by the SAME person, who is a lead on another team. The company offered a workshop provided by an external consultant on things like micro aggressions, which was extremely uncomfortable because the focus was on coping mechanisms for the targeted groups, rather than how the offenders should avoid the behavior.

Pros

The people - hardworking, honest and like family. The vision of the company - groundbreaking and innovative The benefits - cruise benefits for employees & friends and family Work from home Fridays Week off in December for the holidays Little Cruisers onsite daycare

Cons

Little to no flexibility in work hours. They preach a work life balance but then send out weekly "clock in/clock out" reports to supervisors, making a big deal if you are not logging your 8 hours in the office, but then do not take into account the afterhours that are being put in at home, sometimes on vacation and while traveling for work.
