No advancement, poor management, poor treatment - Anonymous employee Rowan University Employee Review

No matter how hard you work, there is no room for growth, and your inept and moronic manager will never allow you to move to a different position within the company. Patients and employees are treated poorly. The students (future doctors, nurses, etc who are studying at the school) will be treated like human being, but just them. There are doctors with poor hygiene and others who are racists, which makes for excellent morale (insert sarcastic eye roll)... The list is to long to write about all of the things that are wrong. Most people leave after their 180 day (yes six months) probationary period is over, because the job is so lousy.
