There's a lot of work to be done, but most teams work together well and take a collaborative approach. Still small enough that you can make a big impact. Getting big enough that there is some structure and benefits. People respect time off.

Many things are changing fast, it can be tough to keep up. Typical fast-growing company issues: missing some key applications that would make life easier, running out of desks in the office, frequently have single points of contact for critical functions. There is a lot to do, so work/life balance can be tough if you don't set boundaries.
