Pros

I met coworkers that will be lifelong friends.

Cons

Cons: Inflexible time-off, late paychecks, lack of stated goals, then being penalized for not reaching unstated goals, lack of job definition, lack of employee moral, lack of transparency from leadership. Work/life balance is not encouraged. The ethics and culture didn’t align with my values. The way that leadership portrayed the company during the interview process is drastically different than when you actually work there. If you work here, prepare to be paid either much higher or lower than your colleagues. There is no company culture about inclusivity. There is no diversity in any way, shape, or form, in fact, the culture is refined fraternity vibes. If anyone wants to say the company is “diverse”, sure, in the sense that there are employees in other countries, but that is only for the company, under the leadership of Ravi, to save money for payroll costs. Prepare for your job duties to change daily, to work with the underlying threat of being fired for no real reason at all. If you need time off for an unexpected life event, unexpected illness, chronic illness, etc. this company is extremely ableist and will not understand anything like this. You will be expected to work through anything going on in your life

It's a startup, so there are some growing pains, but handled well with no drama!

Pros

- No micromanagement: If you performed well they trusted you. - There was a bunch of really nice people (working under poor circumstances) - Payment was good

Cons

- No culture at all. - No benefits other than the salary. - they really did an awful job at filling key roles for the company that eventually killed them.
