Pros
You get to work with cool stuff if you're into anime and Japanese pop culture, growth opportunities happen often with raises and possibly promotions happening every 6 months. Benefits and insurance are pretty good.
Cons
Management was always at each other's throats for no reason like it was a department vs department thing. The most dramatic place I have ever worked!! I could not catch a break mentally. RUMORS rumors rumors! If someone doesn't like you, they WILL do everything they can to get you fired. All it takes is one person to make up a a story and spread it around to get everybody to hate you. All of management will dog pile you if one person doesn't like you whether your just a staff member or you're a manager. Also doesn't matter if you've been there for several years. A rumor will be started Nothing you do will ever be good enough. There's always something you're doing wrong even when you solve the other issues. You can put your heart and soul into that place, work from home, come in on your days off, and die for that place and they'll throw you away like you were never anything. Corporate does not care at all! Also good luck getting a hold of HR. They give managers a low amount of hours because they don't make enough money and then have managers run the counters at times. Not enough staff at times. You'll always be thinking about work even at home and what you can do better. Customers can get aggressive at times because of the settings of the cranes especially the drunk ones.
