      Pros

      I am shocked at some of the negative reviews and honestly, question the validity of some of them. I have worked for Roth Staffing for 8 years now. I have nothing but great things to say about Ben and Adam and the rest of the Executive Team. This company genuinely cares about the employees…I have witnessed and experience it first-hand. Roth Staffing lives and practices our MVV each and every day and every decision that is made comes with much consideration and thought.

      Cons

      It would be great to receive more support and responsiveness from IT.

      Pros

      There is a great culture and the team is always willing to work with one another. People are kind, hard working, easy to get along with.

      Cons

      Feeling stagnant even after voicing the desire to the next step. There’s no bonuses for experience coordinators, and no yearly increase.
