Pros
Although my time with the company was short I thouroughly enjoyed it. The company takes great pride in what they do and they strive to be the best at what they do. Management holds themselves to a high standard and they expect the same from you. The compensation is fair and they make a strong effort to train their own which allows you to grow as an employee within their company. Overall I was very pleased with my time there and if I ever decide to go back into the career field I would love to work for them again.
Cons
The hours can be a little long which is par for the course in the field. That was a con for me but for some it just means more money in your pocket from overtime pay.
