Pros
The only pros I can think of are my co-workers. Some of the nicest people I've met who had to be sadly treated poorly by management and no longer work there.
Cons
Too many to list but I'll say this. You will be overworked and underpaid. I made the mistake of working hard and believing I would be appreciated but I was wrong. They will take everything from you. Give an inch and they take a mile. You will get work from other pods while you still have several orders to get through from your own area. You will also be bombarded with edits and markdowns. It was depressing seeing people being removed from the chat on a weekly basis. I'm assuming most quit and I don't blame them. You would think they would try to actually hire more people but they do not. Whatever work is unaccounted for will be sent to you. I would have to get through full blown anxiety attacks trying to meet deadlines while the work kept coming in. It got so bad that I would fully mute my laptop so I wouldn't hear the outlook pings. And don't get me started on the mandatory meetings where the higher ups would pat each other on the back and talk about "record breaking profits" while MSA got the scraps left over. Terrible place all around.
