Pros

Very structured training process, everyone is nice, structured work weeks, communication is good, upper management is involved with lower, everyone is kind

Cons

Very VERY traditional and old school. No creativity involved, don’t suggest anything out of the ordinary to your manager or they’ll laugh. Office is heinously outdated. NOT FLEXIBLE WORK HOURS even though company has been wfh for 2 years. Random calls throughout the day rather than delegated meeting times. I really would have loved to be able to do my work and go about my day like other companies have evolved to. Instead felt chained to my desk even with nothing to do. Some weeks intensely busy with no time for lunch break. Other weeks nothing to do but keep your icon green on teams.

Pros

All of my coworkers were wonderful. No high school drama. Boss was flexible and understanding, although he always liked it if you said you could work more hours. The employee discount is pretty awesome. The work wasn't bad and rude customers were rare.

Cons

There was pressure to come in even when you were sick. Pay wasn't the greatest; it usually stayed ahead of minimum wage, but by no means kept up with inflation. Visits from corporate often meant a new change in procedures that had been working and demands that were somewhat unreasonable given the constraints of the layout or number of employees available.
