      Great managers and some of the employees.

      Cons

      People steal all the time and we can't do anything about it. If we do call the cops, we get fired. The store I work at gets so hot that I got sick from the heat, the AC not working and it hasn't been working for awhile. But expect us to still want to work in that. Not enough pay for $11 per hour and part time, unless you are in management.

      Pros

      Even though this is with my store specifically I got really lucky with my coworkers. Every season change there is 40% off for about a week other than that is 20%. They also have scholarship opportunities.

      Cons

      It’s a really physical job, sometimes it’s so busy that you can’t even take a break especially during Christmas season, you WILL debate working there during that time. The store hours are horrible and since most of the time were understaffed we won’t leave until almost midnight just cleaning up.
