The new Resident Life Director, Jeff, needs to improve his leadership skills. He is rarely present at the boarding houses and leaves disciplinary decisions to the house parents. While he makes it seem like program development is a team effort, he rarely takes part in execution, leaving it all to house parents who are already overworked and underpaid. Students expect engaging activities and the experience that was advertised, but the reality falls short. It feels like it’s all about the money, as the promotional videos are misleading.
