      Some very clever people who know their stuff

      Cons

      Managers dont like the truth and would rather bury heads in the sand. They waste money on business trips that have no benefit to the business but they do get to visit relatives in South America

      Great atmosphere, peers who are always willing to assist, opportunities for advancement within the US as well as worldwide.

      The Columbus office is small but growing, there is occasional downtime.
