      Pros

      Good benefits and corporate environment not too in your face.

      Cons

      Analysts expected to do too much and while given many vacation days there is too much work to use them. Not much room for growth and other opportunities after getting level II analyst certificate.

      Great atmosphere, peers who are always willing to assist, opportunities for advancement within the US as well as worldwide.

      Cons

      The Columbus office is small but growing, there is occasional downtime.
