      not much stress at work, fancy buildings, many friendly coworkers.

      Cons

      really poor management, they don't care about their work force, there's no career perspective, payment is lower than anywhere else.

      Great atmosphere, peers who are always willing to assist, opportunities for advancement within the US as well as worldwide.

      The Columbus office is small but growing, there is occasional downtime.
