Great pay with employer paid insurance, 401k, vacation and Owner of the company is a great guy. Got to become friends with some great people during my years at Rosebud If your willing to put in hard work and lots of hours, you will make a good living. Chances to improve yourself (Mine official training classes, EMT Training,ect)

Hit with a layoff due to struggling economy and new regulations. Some management determined layoff by seniority while others chose not to go this route. Even those of us who took different examinations to better server the company thru the years were kicked the the curb while friends and relatives with little company time or qualifications and certifications were kept working. At one time hard work paid off, but these last few years things have changed and its all about who you know or if you suck up.
