Pros
Hands down the people. And if you're the type that loves to work live and breathe work than this is the place for you. There's constantly events and activities happening.
Cons
The fact that there is so much going on, like another review mentioned it can feel a bit much and distracting. Although you are not forced to attend these events, there is a sense of pressure to mingle. The levelling is also questionable. If you are an engineer, they value "high impact" over your actual technical skills. Management thinks that anyone and everyone can just do a bootcamp and code. Some very talented people are overlooked for promotions because they do not make as much noise as others.
