Picked irrelevant people Data Entry Techs to trained for something that they had the least chance to operate like the two new auto bubble packed dispensing machines. And when the machines had issues, we had asked for their assistance and most of the time, they could not come over immediately. The wait was a waste of time for Fill Techs and Puller Techs!
