      Lots of work available, and company provides a vehicle and company credit card.

      Cons

      Naively believed the verbal promise that my position would be made permanent. Long hours Sales team doesn't communicate well with Operations team on specific requirements, leaving Ops to have to fix issues on site that could have been prevented altogether Upper level Ops management is not great at managing lower level employees and efficient use of time and resources does not happen

      Rose Paving has a great culture, structure, and training program. They are very supportive and supply you with the tools to succeed.

      Cons

      The pay is on tge low-side. They supplement the pay gap with great benefits and experience.
