Up to date technology including many of the latest innovations in the transportation industry. Skilled and intelligent administrative staff. Good drivers. Dispatch lead and ownership both are drivers
Cons
The corporate culture has suffered greatly in the last few years since one of the two heirs has left the company. The company is no longer involved in the community. Employees are discouraged from interacting or cooperating with each other. The remaining heir is ill equipped to handle the social interactions necessary to develop or maintain customer relationships. The CEO is adverse to embracing the technology used by his staff and support personnel.
