1. Wonderful culture - everyone is friendly and helpful 2. Flexible - if you have to pick up your kid or go to the doctor, they don't raise a fuss 3. Decent benefits, but time off is kind of thin 4. Owners are good people and honest

1. They need to update a lot of processes 2. Takes a lot to convince management to make changes
