Pros
This is one of the best environments I have ever worked in. In my experience, at other shops I have worked, the senior level brokers tend to not spend time helping out new agents. Instead, the new agents are viewed as a potential threat to take away a paycheck. At Rosano this could not be further from the truth. Everyone from top management and senior agents down to agents that just started, everyone is willing to help out and genuinely take interest in helping new agents grow. Additionally, a big plus in this office is how much other agents in the office will collaborate to close deals with each other. As someone who was formally trained from one of the industry leaders, I can say that the training here is equally as effective if not better due to the intimate training environment that is led by the company CEO personally. He seems to go above and beyond what is required to try and help his young agents grow and it is refreshing to see a CEO put the time and dedicated hours into helping young agents grow. Additionally, he is teaching about practical issues that will help you close deals faster instead of focusing on spreading the corporate branding image that most companies teach and hope for their new agents to rely on. Further, the CEO holds weekly training meeting with new agents as continuing education that only helps agents grow their skills on the phone, in meetings, and negotiating in general. The technology that is utilized by Rosano Partners is also cutting edge. Management is constantly communicating with current agents in attempts to make the agent's job as easy as possible and giving them all the newest technology and tools available to help close your first deal as fast as possible. I would highly recommend anyone that is considering working in the world of commercial real estate to seek out and talk with management at Rosano as you will be hard pressed to find a better place to start your career, or if you are a seasoned veteran a better place to grow your business to the next level. Everyone in the office is relatively young and the sense of family is very evident.
Cons
Honestly there are not very negatives about this company. The only thing I can think of is that it can sometimes be loud on the office floor. However to combat that, there are several private calling rooms that can be utilized.
