- The management is a mess. - The company is only focused on growth without having the proper organization or protocols in place. - They don’t care about understanding or adapting to the American market. - There are no feedback meetings. - They offer inferior service compared to other retail stores, despite wanting top-tier customers. - They do not have a Human Resources department. - The franchise manager in the USA runs everything as she pleases. - They operate with very little staff and expect you to perform multiple tasks for the same salary.
