      I've worked with some great people here and the culture *has* been good

      Cons

      The culture's changed a lot and there's a lot of toxicity. Not clear that the Directors have much of a strategy to remedy a tough financial outlook

      Pros

      Really lovely culture, the team are great and there is a lot of support if you want to progress. As with many businesses they had a period which was tough over the last year, but have turned that around and the team all pulled together to support other which shows real strength.
