      Smart people, interesting work, big problems to solve, work from home, pays well, upward trajectory

      Cons

      if you need a super flexible schedule or a lot of time off, this might not be the place for you.

      Pros

      Has been the best employee I've had throughout my career, and by far the best insurance company. They are transparent, they care about employees, and if you do your job there are opportunities for growth all over the place.

      Can't think of a negative thing to say so far
