      none at all, they over work an under pay

      Cons

      Everything, good ole boys club. If you are friends with management you will be safe, unless they have layoffs, which is often. If a mgr doesn't like you, might as well start looking for a new job, no matter how good you are at your job.

      Pros

      Has been the best employee I've had throughout my career, and by far the best insurance company. They are transparent, they care about employees, and if you do your job there are opportunities for growth all over the place.
