Lack of motivation for customer service especially since (Customer service rep) Morale is low, team members continue to leave yet there are no replacement’s coming in/being hired, causing more strain and lower morale for hardworking employees.. no incentives to drive the want to work with current staff level.
Licensed Lead team not making comparable wages to other companies. Tenured leads should not be making the same as those who just started.
Lack of communication to Licensed Lead team which causes lack of trust between the lead team and the customer service reps , in turn causing miscommunication to customers.
Lack of higher leadership meetings with Licensed team to discuss needs/concerns/wants. (Skip level)
