      -great training individuals -wonderful work atmosphere -easy to use system -provides what’s needed to get the job done -flexible paid time off package -remote work

      Cons

      -overpromises to employees and underwhelms delivery -awful management to employee communication -puts “blinds” on actual company health -whole company decisions move quickly (ie layoffs of January 2022) -tends to lie about earning potential

      Pros

      Has been the best employee I've had throughout my career, and by far the best insurance company. They are transparent, they care about employees, and if you do your job there are opportunities for growth all over the place.

      Can't think of a negative thing to say so far
