      If you come from big tech, you have carte blanche. There are some smart people here, we just don’t know what we are doing.

      65+ hour weeks driven by leaderships in ability to plan/stick with a plan Compensation and stock options are hoarded by the exec team High turnover Poor benefits

      Pros

      Remote tech company It was cool to have monthly meetings with the CEO . They kept you in the loop of what was going on

      Cons

      My manager was horrible . Instead of development and truly helping the team we felt as if he was just against us Pay was lower and work load was higher
