      -Competitive pay -Lots of misc. swag provided -Catered lunches

      Cons

      -There is no support from management -Complete lack of structure -Unlimited PTO but barely able to be used -Short staffed -You will be bullied by executives/higher-ups -HR basically inaccessible

      Pros

      Has been the best employee I've had throughout my career, and by far the best insurance company. They are transparent, they care about employees, and if you do your job there are opportunities for growth all over the place.

      Can't think of a negative thing to say so far
