      Pros

      Has been the best employee I've had throughout my career, and by far the best insurance company. They are transparent, they care about employees, and if you do your job there are opportunities for growth all over the place.

      Can't think of a negative thing to say so far

      Unlimited PTO and Flexibility with Remote Work.

      Cons

      Unmanageable workloads; the need for OT based on the amount of claims assigned is not sustainable.
