Largely welcoming of remote work, although not so voluntary in office days appeared to be on the cards as I left
Cons
Good culture is being eroded by a growth at all costs mindset. Certain senior leaders are great at mopping up credit and avoiding public praise of those actually doing the work One SMT member in particular guilty of ignoring the problems in their own back garden, while involving themselves unnecessarily in other departments
