      Fun and energetic. Executives open to listening and understanding. Relatively small company with big ambitions. Adaptable to change.

      Cons

      Sometimes work load may be heavy and resources scarce. This requires great deal of team work and creativity. Challenge is to get right talent in due to high competition in the market .

      Decent benefits. But not a good pay for the work load they require

      Gossiping, attitudes, colleagues and superiors waiting to back stab you in the back to make them self Look good. In the beginning it all seems beautiful and welcoming. It’s the opposite of what they show it is. Professionalism is left only for a few. If you have worked in a hotel before this is not the place for you. And much more...
