This business has fallen from a positive, friendly and productive environment with a solid reputation to one with dismal leadership from their newly appointed, inexperienced and unqualified CEO. His questionable reputation in Perth marketing circles preceded him and my personal experience did nothing to correct this. Vastly inconsistent pay across teams, tone-deaf and inexperienced management in the Perth office, poor and dishonest communication and massive staff turnover. 16 people have left in less than THREE months! When I left, the most experienced person in their Perth team had only been there for 3 months. A scary place to be.
