Pros
The pros of this job were that I had an opportunity to do many things and gain exposure to different aspects of business because the company is so short staffed. That experience has served me well in my present position.
Cons
The cons about this position were simply a very negative, narrowed focus culture. The goal of the company is to increase sales in order to sell. Anything that does not fit into that strategic vision (benefits, morale, loyalty, employee growth) is not important.
