Archaic policies and systems; people in positions that should not be, basically if you’ve been with the company a long time, you were automatically put into positions that you probably have no business being in; HR is a complete joke who do not know many of the basic Human Resource functions, but think they know everything; pay is not up to industry standard; leadership who have no clue how to actually lead - they base their level of leadership more on bully tactics than actual leadership; probably too many to actually list
