Pros

A few nice colleagues and a high salary

Cons

All of these reviews are 100% true. When I first got the job I looked on Glassdoor and could not really believe what I read. I therefore contacted the company to ask them about all of the bad reviews and they convinced me it wasn’t true. Although I found out pretty quickly it was all true. This place is extremely toxic. Fires people from out of nowhere and treats their employees like trash. There is no respect and some of the comments being said to employees are so disrespectful and hard to see from the sidelines. There is absolutely no structure and the deadlines will come out of nowhere leaving you and the rest of the team to work very long hours. The founder has no respect for people's private life and this then trickles down to managers under the founder, not creating a nice environment either and throwing their employees under the bus to impress the founder.

Pros

A lot of opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Rewarding to those who find enjoyment in being involved in multiple projects and who work well relying on their own self-motivation and drive.

Cons

Can be difficult to move things forward, requires a lot of persistence that can become discouraging at times. Requires setting your own boundaries, which can be tough for those who sometimes overextend themselves.

Pros

Involvement with this place will teach you that you should find a better place

Cons

The downsides are many. At the top of the list would be the lies to their artists promising them the sun and moon but delivering broken dreams and false broken promises. They are not honest people, read how they treat their employees, they treat their artists worse. They had me bringing them new work all the time but then would change their mind and change their direction to other artists and then come back to me for more work and more promises but then do different things and they kept making promises about big clients and big projects but in the end it was always lies
