Pros
Used to have an excellent reputation in the marketplace, but because of upper management's direction, reputation has plummeted. They have managed to get good talent and have some dedicated employees that are left.
Cons
They don't pay commissions or expense reports on a timely basis. Management decisions change weekly, along with a tyrant style of managing. You wake up every morning dreading the day ahead.
