It is unfortunate to hear that you had these concerns during your time with the company. We take all comments seriously and provide a balanced view from the employer perspective and it is based on facts. First, payroll – Rollins did implement a new integrated HR and payroll system in January 2019. We work diligently to address all pay inquiries and potential errors. We take pride in paying our employees accurately and on-time. Now that we have our new system, it is easier than ever for employees to have access to their personal, employment and pay information.
Second, we challenge your diversity and telecommuting statements. Each department has been working on these items specifically for their areas and we are having success. Finally, on the issue of our dress code, we talk with each candidate at the time of hire about the fact that our professionalism and dress standards are tied directly to our company core values of People, Professionalism, and Progress.
