Low paying sales job with almost no benefits, except for bad coffee. The sales team has room for improvement in ethical practices and transparency. There’s a need for a more inclusive and respectful workplace culture that values diversity and equality. The leadership could benefit from a renewed focus on integrity and fairness to foster a positive work environment. Additionally, employee satisfaction appears to be an area that requires attention.
