Roland & Associates is a company that has molded people, giving them confidence to even talk in front of others!!! Supporting even when people are down, performance not up to the mark. I have myself reinvented my self at this organization, i have realized my true potential here in this company. There are few cowards out there, who are not able to take the growing responsibility and work pressure. Off-course you cannot have fun factor only in a company as your main bread winning tactics. We don't have to even write comments / force someone to write comments on our behalf, as this is a business house, more than that an educational institution where there is abundance of knowledge, ideas, crude software skills and out of the box thinking people and a company that has made career for many people. For a company that has existed for more than 14 years in the Market, the greatest testimony of its existence is the public, clients, our candidates and our strong presence now in the International Market. It is easy to point finger at someone when you are cornered and when you are a total failure both mentally and physically. However that is the time to prove and fight back, rather than using cheap language of accusing people and showing once true self to the public. I am sure an average reviewer would understand the desperation of a person whose mind has stopped thinking anymore!!!
