Pros
A prestigious brand. Varied and interesting work. The majority of colleagues were great to work with. Great location of office.
Cons
Never in my entire career has my integrity been questioned like it was at Rolex Australia. There was severe micro-management and a lack of trust from Senior Management. During my time, there was a huge staff turnover in certain teams because staff felt unhappy and intimidated - and their concerns were not taken seriously when addressed to management. Everyone felt as though they weren't trusted.
